About The Coronation Theater
HTX Game Night turns audience suggestions into improvised scenes, stories, and characters. The Coronation Theater presents live comedy and performing arts in Houston, with shows built around improv, stand-up, storytelling, and audience participation. Reckless Comedy features three teams creating scenes on the spot, while The Canal Street Creepshow combines improvised horror and comedy in a 90-minute production. Other offerings include the Femme Comedy Show, a showcase of Houston improvisers, and an improvised burlesque revue. Natural 20s brings a live tabletop role-playing game experience to the stage. The theater also offers classes. Its programming spans recurring formats and themed events, with performances drawing on audience suggestions and original stories.
