About Drop Shots HTX
Six indoor pickleball courts anchor Drop Shots HTX at the historic Houston Farmers Market in Houston's Greater Heights area. The recreation center combines court play with a bar, covered patio, food, and sports viewing on a large LED screen. Players can participate in lessons, clinics, leagues, tournaments, events, and open play for different skill levels. The venue also offers fresh juices from local produce, specialty cocktails, mocktails, beer, bites, and açaí bowls. Drop Shots HTX was started by Roveen Abante, Chase Lovullo, and Shawn Outlaw after they discovered pickleball. Family-friendly programming is offered until 10 PM, and the facility hosts sports watch parties and leagues through Houston Sports & Social Club.
