Cunningham Development

A custom home builder. Cunningham Development builds homes in the Houston and Galveston area, with more than 300 custom homes completed over 30 years. Its work includes new home construction, with homes designed around each customer's ideas and needs. The process starts with an in-person consultation to discuss plans, preferences, and pricing. During a project, clients can use an online portal to follow the schedule, view progress photos, submit requests, and track expenses and payments. Homes incorporate insulation for energy performance and sound reduction, and the company says its insulation has been evaluated through the Home Energy Rating System. Other described features include tankless water heaters and foundations built with stronger concrete. The builder also constructs homes to meet LEED, Energy Star, or other green-building standards. Cunningham offers homes for sale as well as custom building.
