Electron Beam Welding
Vacuum welding for small and large weldments with low heat input.
Provides electron beam welding for small and large weldments, including parts up to 12-plus feet long and 150 pounds. The process joins materials such as stainless steel, Inconel, Hastelloy, titanium, Monel, copper, and aluminum under vacuum, without shielding gas, flux, filler material, or post-weld cleanup. Computer monitoring, automatic beam focus, programmable beam intensity and shape, seam tracking, and synchronized rotational controls support specialized weld joints and repeatable welding parameters. In-house machine tools produce specialized tooling, including CNC turning and milling equipment. Beamalloy works with weldment joints ranging from less than 0.01 inch to more than 0.40 inch in depth, and serves customers from its facility in Houston, Texas.
