Pharmacare

Based in Honolulu, Pharmacare is a locally owned pharmacy serving patients across Hawaii. It provides high-cost specialty medication, IV therapy, and tube feeding outside the hospital. Care is delivered through home infusion and infusion suites on the Big Island, Maui, and Kauai, with delivery to all seven major islands. Pharmacare also coordinates care for neighbor island residents and works with visiting patients from the mainland and their care teams. Pharmacists, registered nurses, and patient care specialists work with patients' doctors. For IV nutrition and tube feeding referrals, registered dietitians also coordinate with the doctors. The pharmacy has relationships with Hawaii insurance companies and offers translation services.
