About Kings Area Regional Transit (KART)
KART provides public bus transportation across Kings County, serving Armona, Avenal, Corcoran, Grangeville, Hardwick, Hanford, Kettleman City, Laton, Lemoore, and Stratford. Service runs Monday through Friday, with limited Saturday service. Regular trips also connect to Fresno on Wednesdays and Fridays, and to Visalia Monday through Saturday. Eligible, certified ADA passengers can use origin-to-destination paratransit. Riders can plan trips and check real-time arrivals by route, stop ID, or text message. Routes begin and end at the KART Terminal, located at 250 E. 7th Street in Hanford, east of the AMTRAK station in downtown Hanford. The agency's administration office is also in Hanford.
