Blaine Central Alano

A recovery center for people affected by alcohol and drug addiction. The nonprofit provides a meeting place for recovery groups and a safe, clean and sober environment for recovery, social and recreational activities. It hosts more than 25 weekly meetings for 12-step programs, including Alcoholics Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous and Al-Anon. People gather to share experiences, support one another and access recovery programs. The center also provides information about alcoholism and addiction, and serves as a contact point for individuals seeking help in the recovery process. Activities are available for recovering individuals and their families. The organization has served local people since 1980, offering a place to connect with others working toward an alcohol- and drug-free life.
