Neuropsychological exams
Evaluations explore cognitive, academic, and social development.
Developmental neuropsychological evaluations examine cognitive, academic, and social development, including a person's strengths and areas of difficulty. Robin E. McEvoy evaluates children, teens, and young adults for learning, developmental, behavioral, and neuropsychological needs, as well as adults with learning and attention concerns. The process can include direct testing, interviews with people involved in a child's life, and observation of behavior. Parent collaboration helps build a description of abilities and needs. Evaluations may address concerns related to autism, attention, sensory processing, dyslexia, giftedness, or neurological injury and illness. Findings are used to develop intervention plans that address areas of weakness and support strengths. McEvoy is a developmental neuropsychologist with more than 25 years of evaluation experience, practicing in Denver, Colorado.
