Teen Health Center, Inc.

A pediatric health center providing medical, mental health and psychiatric care. Services are available at school-based clinics in Galveston County for children and young adults from birth through age 21, at no cost to families. Medical care includes checkups, sick visits, physicals, immunizations, screenings, minor injury and illness treatment, asthma care, ADHD evaluations and treatment, reproductive healthcare, and chronic disease management. Licensed therapists provide counseling and support for concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, grief and behavioral challenges. Psychiatric providers offer evaluations, medication management and ongoing care when medication is part of treatment. Clinics accept scheduled visits and walk-ins, with parent consent required for enrollment. The center works with parents and caregivers and coordinates medical, counseling and psychiatric care.
