Sempco Surveying Inc

Founded in 1967, Sempco Surveying began with small residential surveys and a couple of trucks. Today, the Texas firm provides land surveying and mapping services for utility companies, engineering groups, transportation departments, energy companies, developers, title companies, and law offices. Its work includes route and corridor mapping, boundary and topographic surveys, LiDAR, photogrammetry, aerial photography, thermal inspections, and substation surveys. Field crews use GPS receivers, total stations, and multi-rotor UAVs, while office teams process data with CAD, GIS, photogrammetry, and 3D modeling software. Surveying work can locate improvements, investigate property boundaries, and prepare exhibits, deeds, plats, maps, and alignments. The management group has more than 125 years of combined experience in surveying, mapping, land planning, and right-of-way acquisition.
