The locally owned business offers dog daycare, overnight boarding, professional grooming, self-serve baths, and taxi service at locations in Fort Worth and Plano. Daycare activities include scent games, puzzles, digging, climbing, and themed adventures, with staff planning activities around what each dog enjoys. Rest is part of the day, too. The business also operates Metro Pet Wash in Fort Worth, offering grooming, staff baths, and self-serve baths. Metro Animals earned 64 medals and 131 points in the 2024 Dog Gurus Daycare Games, the highest score in the country, and received Fort Worth Magazine's 2024 Best Boarder/Groomer recognition.
