Stillwater Hospice

Hospice care is the core service, offering patient-focused support for people with terminal illnesses and their families. Care is centered on the patient and on helping them live as fully as possible. The organization also provides palliative care, chronic disease management, grief support, and hospice home services. Its programs serve individuals and families affected by serious, life-limiting illness, with guidance and support through challenging times. Stillwater Hospice is a community-based, not-for-profit organization that has served families since 1888. Its services reach people across a 5,000-square-mile region of northeast Indiana, including Fort Wayne. Grief support is available to families after a loved one dies.
