Gulf Coast Therapy

A physical and occupational therapy clinic. Gulf Coast Therapy provides individualized, one-on-one care at its Foley location. Services include physical and occupational therapies, with specialized plans addressing pain and daily function. Occupational therapy includes certified hand therapy for upper extremity conditions. LSVT targets movement amplitude and speech for people with Parkinson's disease and other neurological conditions. The clinic also offers lymphatic drainage to address swelling and circulation, dry needling for muscle knots and deep pain, and preventative therapies focused on injury prevention and joint health. Treatment plans are developed with patients, referring physicians, and families. No referral is needed, and the clinic accepts most insurance plans. Gulf Coast Therapy has served Mobile and Baldwin counties since 1979, and its Foley location opened in 2011.
