Second Chance Apartments

An apartment-finding service for renters facing obstacles in the rental process. It helps people nationwide find apartments that consider applicants with evictions, broken leases, poor credit, or criminal records. The site also mentions applicants with slow payments, bankruptcies, liens, repossessions, and foreclosures. Its services cover major metropolitan areas across the United States and Canada, with locations listed in cities such as St. Louis, Chicago, Atlanta, and Toronto. Renters can request an apartment list to begin their search. The business focuses on connecting applicants with apartment communities that may consider their circumstances, including misdemeanor or felony convictions. It states that it has helped renters find homes since 1998.
