About Lewis Memorial United Methodist Church
United Methodist worship and prayer are central to the life of this church. The congregation describes itself as a community shaped by grace and faith, with opportunities to grow in faith, serve others, and connect through prayer and worship. Its facilities include a historic chapel, a newer sanctuary, an education building, a fellowship hall, and The Warehouse, a space created for contemporary worship. The church also has a youth building and a mission house used to host missionaries who are itinerating or on furlough. Founded around 1900 as Sardis, Lewis Memorial has served the Lewiston community for more than 120 years. It is located in Evans and shares a pastor through a missional partnership with Marvin United Methodist Church.
