Kevco Builders Inc

In Eustis, Kevco Builders Inc is a general contractor and custom homebuilder serving Lake, Sumter, Marion, and Orange counties. Its process begins with a digital Design Studio, where clients develop a 3D model and review choices with designers. Construction managers coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and expectations, with completion dates guaranteed in writing in most cases. Trade partners then construct the home according to the selected plans and options. The company also provides customer service after the home is finished. Clients can choose details such as paint colors, faucets, and fixtures through the Design Studio, while floor plans and options are available for different budgets. Kevco has operated for more than 45 years and is located on South Bay Street in Eustis.
