Fourth Judicial District CASA provides advocacy for abused and neglected children in Oklahoma's foster care system. The nonprofit recruits, screens, trains, and supports community volunteers who represent children's best interests in juvenile deprived court and help ensure access to needed services. Volunteers serve as positive, stable influences while giving children a voice in court. The program operates across Blaine, Garfield, Grant, Kingfisher, Major, and Woodward Counties, with offices in Enid and Woodward. Community members can volunteer as CASA advocates, donate to support local programming, assist with daily operations, hire former foster youth, become foster parents, or help spread awareness. Fourth Judicial District CASA is affiliated with the Oklahoma CASA Association and National CASA/GAL Association.
