About Duluth Whiskey Project
Honey whiskey is one of Duluth Whiskey Project's named offerings. The Duluth, Minnesota distillery makes handcrafted whiskey in the Lake Superior harbor city, including blended whiskey, bourbon, malt whiskey, and other spirits. Founder and distiller Kevin Evans developed the brand after leaving finance, using locally sourced ingredients such as corn and wheat from nearby Esko. The project also uses Minnesota oak barrels made in Park Rapids and prints its labels in Duluth's Lincoln Park neighborhood. Visitors are invited to stop in, pour a glass, and learn about the company's story and whiskey lineup.
