About The Tin District
A West Dallas artist quarter. The Tin District includes four galleries, more than 80 working artist studios, and creative spaces serving contemporary artists. Visitors can explore the neighborhood during Spring Open Studios and ArtWalk West, when artists and galleries open their doors to the public twice each year. The district also features the Fabrication Yard, a space where artists practice street art and graffiti, along with permanent murals on neighborhood businesses. Wild West Mural Fest showcases newly installed large-scale murals during a weekend event. Studio buildings offer spaces for different art media practices, and creative practitioners or arts organizations can schedule a visit to explore available facilities.
