About Grace Temple Baptist Church
A Baptist church in Dallas. Its statement of faith describes the Bible as God's word and affirms salvation through faith in Jesus Christ. The church teaches the Christian belief in one God in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. It also affirms the resurrection and future return of Jesus, and the Holy Spirit's presence in the life of believers. Baptism by immersion and the Lord's Supper are recognized as the church's two ordinances. The statement describes the family as a foundational institution and supports religious freedom for churches. These beliefs are influenced by the Baptist Faith and Message from 1925, 1963, and 2000, while Scripture is held as the church's confession of faith.
