About Water for Christ
Based in Conway, Water for Christ is a Christian community ministry focused on providing clean drinking water in villages in developing countries. It raises funds to drill water wells, with work described in Ghana and plans to serve other countries in Africa, Asia, and beyond. Teams travel to communities to drill wells and train local men to maintain them. The ministry also shares the Gospel during its work, including evangelism outreach led by its director of evangelism. Churches can invite the organization to speak, involve youth groups, or adopt a project. Businesses can support its work as partners, and individuals can contribute financially or pray for the mission. Water for Christ grew from a need its team encountered in remote Ghanaian villages.
