A Parent-Baby Jiu Jitsu course teaches foundational movements and basic techniques through games and practice with caregivers. Iron Roots Brazilian Jiu Jitsu offers instruction for students across age groups, including Ninja Kids and Samurai Kids programs, as well as adult Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training. The school also offers MMA classes that combine striking and grappling, and a two-day women's self-defense camp covering groundwork, striking, scenarios, and boundaries. New students can try a free week. The programs focus on self-defense and personal development through martial arts practice. Classes are held in Colorado Springs.
