Senior Transportation Connection

Coordinated, accessible door-to-door transportation is available for older adults and adults with disabilities. Rides serve medical appointments, including dialysis and rehabilitation, as well as senior center activities, meals, grocery shopping, personal service appointments, and social opportunities. The service is designed for people facing mobility challenges related to age, disability, frailty, limited access, or inability to drive. Registered riders can use the service across 36 zip codes, covering 75 percent of Cuyahoga County. One-third of passengers use a wheelchair, walker, or other mobility aid. A centrally managed call center schedules ride requests, coordinates routes, and provides drivers with real-time updates. The organization serves residents and social service agency clients in Cleveland and throughout Cuyahoga County, Ohio.
