Symphony 87th Street

Short-term care supports inpatient rehabilitation at ALIYA on 87th, with clinical and therapy teams creating individualized care plans for recovery and transition. The Chicago skilled nursing center also provides long-term care suited to residents' care needs and independence levels. Care is available for people arriving from home, a hospital, or another community residence. Private and semi-private rooms are offered. Residents have access to lounges, weekly recreational activities, gardening, arts and crafts, social hours, and religious and cultural celebrations. Full-service dining includes meals adapted for reduced-fat, low-calorie, high-fiber, low-sodium, diabetic, and carb-controlled diets. Additional services include housekeeping, laundry, linen service, TV and internet access, and a phone for each resident.
