Seize the Way Counseling LLC

Located in Chicago's Jefferson Park neighborhood, Seize The Way Counseling is an independent outpatient psychotherapy practice. It provides individual and couples counseling in the office and through telehealth video or phone sessions for Illinois residents. Counseling addresses anxiety, depression, neurodiversity, grief and loss, identity work, relationship and communication challenges, and caregiver stress. The practice uses trauma-informed care, mindfulness-based interventions, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and a humanistic, strengths-based approach to help clients understand their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Appointments begin with a phone conversation about treatment goals, what to expect, and payment options. Services are available to individuals and couples.
