About Parlour and Ramp
Founded in 2018, Parlour and Ramp opens a new art show every month. The artist-run Chicago gallery and artist studio space is located in the Lower West Side of Pilsen, in a former funeral parlor dating to circa 1914. Six local artists and craftspeople use the building as studios and work collectively to run the gallery. Parlour and Ramp provides affordable studio spaces and free exhibition space for emerging and mid-career Chicagoland artists. Regular gallery showings and community events take place throughout the year. The space is located at 2130 W 21st St, Chicago, IL 60608. Its programming centers on exhibitions and opportunities for local artists.
