For pain, Mechanical Diagnosis & Therapy helps identify movements and strategies that change symptoms and guide the next step. For movement improvement, a 12-week program develops breathing, stabilization, mobility, strength, and movement control through progressive challenges. After symptoms settle, Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization supports coordination, joint position, stabilization, and performance. Dr. Adam Bruene is certified in both Mechanical Diagnosis & Therapy and Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization. Services are available in Chicago, with options to see Dr. Bruene or start the movement program independently.
