Montclare Supportive Living Community

Located in Chicago's South Lawndale neighborhood, Montclare Supportive Living is an assisted lifestyle community for adults 65 and older. It offers 120 private studio and one-bedroom apartments in a residential setting designed to support independence. Residents can receive help with activities they may no longer be able to do safely alone, while maintaining their health, wellness, dignity, and privacy. The community includes shared spaces, an active lifestyle, floorplan options, and amenities. Staff provide personal attention and assistance as needed. An Illinois Supportive Living Program and financial assistance may be available to qualifying seniors, including some Medicaid recipients with minimum Social Security income. Montclare opened in June 2017 and offers an alternative to nursing home living or managing alone at home.
