The atelier offers couture hats and custom millinery, with individual appointments for fit and selection. Clients can purchase hats from the collection or order a design made and crafted by the milliner. Offerings include everyday headwear for spring, summer, autumn, and winter, along with racing-season millinery for events such as the Kentucky Derby, Royal Ascot, and Melbourne Cup. Bridal and wedding guest pieces, special occasion millinery, cocktail hats, fascinators, and headpieces are also available. Elaborate and avant-garde designs are made to order. The work uses traditional techniques and detailed embellishments, including handmade appliqués, feather sprays, and flowers. Appointments take place at the private women's salon in Chicago.
