About Kaufherr Resource Center

Free career resources and programs support professional performers and other media professionals. Audition assistance can include script reading, coaching, consultation, recording, and editing. Performers can reserve video and audio suites, including a Whisper Room booth, and use a Business Lab for work. Spaces are also available for small meetings, workshops, union auditions, and table reads. Workshops, panels, and other programming offer opportunities for professional development and community connection. The center serves performers through group programs and one-on-one services, with resources for work on screen, on stage, and in audio. Founded in 2001, the nonprofit organization is located in Chicago's River North area.
