Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement (HACE)

Leadership development is the core offering, with programs, resources, and events supporting Latino/a/x individuals and people from multicultural communities. HACE serves participants from high school through the board room, providing interactive learning programs for different career stages. Offerings include career development, professional leadership training, networking, and access to meaningful career opportunities. The organization also works with employers on talent acquisition, development, and opportunities for underserved talent in industries with limited representation. Programs include Hombres de HACE and the Elevando Latino Leadership Program, while events include virtual career fairs, community gatherings, roundtables, and student summits. HACE is based in Chicago and connects participants with a broader professional network.
