Duet Family Health

Same- or next-day visits are part of Duet Family Health's direct primary care membership. The Chicago family practice provides primary care outside the health insurance system for a low monthly fee, with direct access to a doctor, unlimited unrushed visits, and telemedicine. Members can also access low-cost medications, labs, and testing. Dr. Amy Schroeder is a board-certified family physician with more than 20 years of experience caring for patients from newborns through older adults. Care includes preventive checkups, physicals, screenings, acute illness and injury appointments, chronic condition management, immigration exams, onsite procedures, women's health, contraception, and menopause care. Duet accepts patients age 65 and older, and offers membership options for individuals and families.
