Dovetail Brewery

Continental European beer styles anchor Dovetail Brewery, which uses traditional brewing methods at its Chicago brewery and taproom. Located at 1800 W Belle Plaine Ave, the business makes beer for hanging out and welcomes visitors during afternoon and evening hours. The taproom is open Monday through Thursday from noon to 10 p.m., Friday and Saturday from noon to 11 p.m., and Sunday from noon to 8 p.m. Dovetail also handles keg sales, with sixtels available on an as-available basis and larger half-barrels ordered through Binny's. Private events, retail sales, media requests, and donation requests have designated contacts or submission processes. The brewery serves its own beers directly in Chicago.
