Community Investment Corporation

Based in Chicago, Community Investment Corporation is a community and social services organization focused on housing investment and preservation. It provides financing to acquire, rehabilitate, refinance, and construct multifamily housing, including buildings with five or more units and Single-Room Occupancy properties. CIC also offers energy and water retrofit financing, mezzanine debt, and grants for eligible developments in designated TIF districts.
