Career Development Centers help students and alumni explore career paths, prepare resumes and interviews, and search for jobs, internships, and apprenticeships. City Colleges of Chicago is a multi-college public education system serving Chicago. Its offerings include industry-validated certificate and degree programs, along with adult education. Students can enroll in free GED and English as a Second Language classes. Career services also connect students with work-based learning through employer partners, including internships, apprenticeships, and micro-internships. More than 100 student clubs, groups, and organizations offer opportunities to explore interests, plan events, learn skills, and take part in campus activities. The system includes Harold Washington, Harry S Truman, Kennedy-King, Malcolm X, Olive-Harvey, Richard J. Daley, and Wilbur Wright colleges.
