Churchview Supportive Living

Churchview Supportive Living provides an assisted lifestyle community for adults 65 and older who need help maintaining independence. Residents receive assistance with activities they may no longer be able to do safely alone, while maintaining health, wellness, dignity and independence. The community offers apartments, floorplan layouts and amenities, along with an active lifestyle and shared community spaces. A financial assistance program is available to qualifying residents, including some seniors receiving Medicaid and minimum Social Security income. Churchview serves residents in Cook County and is located near neighborhood restaurants, shops and cultural destinations. The community is on West 63rd Street in Chicago, Illinois.
