Charism Counseling Center

Charism Counseling Center provides somatic therapy for professional women and high achievers in Chicago. Services address anxiety, depression, burnout, stress, trauma, emotional exhaustion, and nervous system regulation through culturally and trauma-informed therapy. The practice supports women, BIPOC professionals, and LGBTQ+ professionals with individual counseling focused on clarity, emotional regulation, sustainable boundaries, resilience, self-compassion, and reconnecting with purpose. Therapy also helps clients process past trauma and manage racing thoughts and emotional overwhelm. Charism Counseling Center is owned by Tiffany Green, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor.
