Behavioral health care and substance use treatment are core offerings. The center also provides developmental disability services for youth, adults, and families, using a holistic, evidence-based approach in home, work, and community settings. Programs include psychiatric services, case management, psychosocial rehabilitation, crisis care, residential programs, DUI programs, and PATH for Homelessness. Youth and family services, supported employment, developmental training, and institutional support are also available. The center partners with consumers on individual goals and offers a sliding fee scale for eligible patients experiencing financial hardship. Services support Westside communities including Garfield Park, Austin, North Lawndale, and surrounding areas of Chicago.
