About DooLittle Free Library
Visitors can browse the books in the library's blue Little Free Library box and its colorful smaller sibling, take books they like, and return them or bring other books to share. No library card, sign-in, or checkout record is needed. It is a sharing library. The neighborhood stewards maintain the boxes and occasionally curate the collection when books are not a fit or space is limited; those books are saved for later or donated, not resold. The library is chartered by the Little Free Library organization. It serves the neighborhood opposite Doolittle Elementary School in Cheshire, Connecticut.
