The process begins with a prescription, purchase order, or inquiry submitted online or through WhatsApp. A team member or pharmacist follows up by chat to confirm needs, then provides availability and pricing. Customers can pay online or by bank wire and select a delivery option; in some countries, DiasporaRx coordinates with a local pharmacy or doctor. It also provides drug information and medication therapy management.
