Alexander Youth Network

Since 1946, Alexander Youth Network has provided mental and behavioral health care for children in Charlotte and across North Carolina. Its programs include outpatient therapy, residential treatment, facility-based crisis care, therapeutic foster care, day treatment, and intensive home care. The network also provides clinical assessments and care management. Services address concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, ADHD, and disruptive mood disorders. Care uses trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches and may include structured therapeutic environments. Programs serve children and adolescents, with family-centered interventions available for justice-involved youth. Alexander Youth Network reports serving more than 9,000 children and families in North Carolina last year.
