West Acres Nursing Home

This is a nursing and rehabilitation facility. It has 130 beds and provides 24-hour skilled nursing care, along with physical, occupational, and speech therapy. A post-acute unit serves people discharged from the hospital, while long-term care includes custodial care, respite stays, and hospice care. Clinical services include orthopedic rehabilitation, stroke recovery, cardiac care, post-operative care, and pulmonary and respiratory care. Additional capabilities include wound and ostomy care, IV therapy, tracheostomy care, diabetes management, and enteral feeding. Licensed therapists evaluate and treat residents and patients after illness or injury, with the aim of supporting independence. The facility also offers recreational and social activities and in-wall oxygen for residents with respiratory or pulmonary needs.
