RAIN Total Care, Inc.

The center provides older adults with a place to participate in active living and meaningful, culturally relevant activities. It is part of Regional Aid for Interim Needs, Inc. (R.A.I.N.), which offers home attendant services, Meals on Wheels, case management, transportation, and help accessing public assistance. R.A.I.N. also runs a Friendly Visiting Program that pairs volunteers with older adults for weekly visits, along with affordable housing support for older adults with low incomes. These services connect center members with practical assistance beyond their activities. The organization has served families in New York City and lower Westchester since 1964. Rain College Avenue Senior Center is located in The Bronx.
