College Track Colorado

College Track Denver is a community and social services organization supporting first-generation students. Its 10-year program begins with college readiness during high school, offering academic support, personalized mentoring, and guidance through college applications. After scholars enroll, College Track provides academic coaching, ongoing mentoring, financial resources, and leadership development to help them progress toward a degree. Career and Life Design is woven into the program, helping scholars explore interests, develop professional skills, and plan for future work and financial stability. The Alumni Network keeps graduates connected with peers, mentors, and the broader community after college. College Track serves scholars across high school, college, and career stages.
