St Elizabeth Rehabilitation and Nursing Center

Located in Baltimore next door to St. Agnes Hospital, St. Elizabeth Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is a 162-bed, faith-based skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. It provides short-stay rehabilitation, long-term care, memory care, hospice care, respite stays, and chronic condition management in a renovated setting. Specialty programs include cardiac, orthopedic, pulmonary, and renal rehabilitation, along with wound care and infectious disease services. Therapy is available seven days a week, supported by an in-house team of nurses and aides. Residents can choose private or semi-private suites, use an onsite beauty salon, and participate in recreation programming. The center also provides a hospitalist physician team, patient concierge, chapel services, daily Mass, and a Walk to Dine fine dining program.
