Food brokerage is the core service, connecting restaurants and food distributors with food products from represented manufacturers. The company serves customers across Maryland, Virginia, Delaware, and the District of Columbia. Its work includes introducing and educating new principals in those markets through personalized relationships, customized training and presentations, marketing programs, and end-user outreach. CBF Brokerage also uses its end-user databases to support sales efforts and has an in-house customer relations team for customers and principals.
