America Works - Baltimore

Employment services help jobseekers prepare for work, connect with employers, and build careers. Participants receive one-on-one career coaching, resume and interview preparation, skills training, and personalized plans that can address challenges such as childcare. America Works also offers direct connections to hiring employers and support for at least 90 days after job placement, including help with workplace problems and career growth.
