Journey Imperfect Faith Community

Sunday mornings at Journey Imperfect Faith Community include time to talk, listen, share coffee and snacks, learn, and worship. The community gathers for a morning class and a worship gathering, with readings and teaching from Jewish and Christian scripture alongside poetry and quotes from religious and non-religious authors. Gatherings may include music, open discussion, meditation, silence, activities, and elements from Christian and other traditions. There is room for many ways of experiencing God and exploring spirituality. The community also encourages members to take part in its five ministries: Heart, Soul, Strength, Mind, and Bones. People are welcomed regardless of religious background or lack thereof, age, culture, sexuality, political affiliation, or other labels. Journey Imperfect Faith Community is located at 7500 Woodrow Ave. in Austin, Texas.
