Modern Space Construction

Residential remodeling services include kitchen and bathroom updates, whole-house renovations, home additions, ADU planning and construction, and outdoor living projects. The company also handles HOA and investor renovations, new residential construction, permit drawings, and city inspections. Projects begin with an in-home visit to discuss the space, budget, and timeline, followed by a written scope with line-item pricing, materials, and a schedule. An in-house crew carries out the construction and completes a final walkthrough. Custom decks, screened porches, and patios are among its outdoor living specialties. Modern Space Construction is licensed and insured in Georgia and serves homeowners across Atlanta and nearby communities, including Decatur, Sandy Springs, Smyrna, and Vinings.
