German American Chamber of Commerce of the Southern United States

A German-American chamber of commerce. For more than 45 years, it has supported German and American businesses entering or expanding in the southern United States, serving as an adviser, service provider, membership organization, and representative of German business. Its services include recruiting support, from job descriptions through interviews, and local business presence for companies whose teams are not yet in the region. In Atlanta, it offers conference rooms, meeting space, customer presentation facilities, and flexible office space. The organization also administers a J-1 visa program for international participants in study- or work-related exchange programs. Its regional chapters connect businesses with the southern United States and its transatlantic business community. The chamber is based in Atlanta and also has an office in Houston.
